2alignads Terms of Use

Scope and Operator

These Terms govern the 2alignads ad management service provided through 2alignads.com. The site operator and personal information processor is 海口二艾科技有限公司 (2align LLC). Business inquiries, problem reports, and personal data requests are all handled by our support team at support@2alignllc.com.

2alignads is intended solely for business users; it is for personnel who are at least 18 years old and authorized by their business to carry out ad management work.

2alignads is used to manage ad accounts, materials, campaigns and ad groups, submit internal reviews, and view deployment and billing records. Google Ads is a third-party advertising service; an internal review result from 2alignads does not represent Google's review result.

Accounts and Operating Permissions

Use only the accounts and features made available to you, and do not bypass permissions or impersonate others. Before connecting a Google Ads account, make sure you are entitled to authorize, submit materials for, and manage ads on behalf of that ad account, and that you are entitled to allow the relevant members of the same workspace to carry out these operations.

Protect your sign-in credentials and check account members and permissions. If you find a connection or operation that you did not authorize, disconnect the relevant connection promptly and contact the support email.

Google Ads Authorization and Ad Operations

When live connection features are available, 2alignads takes you to the Google authorization page. Only after you authorize can 2alignads read the ad account information you can access and perform the requested ad management functions for the accounts you select. Authorization may include offline access so that background tasks continue after you close the page; 2alignads does not ask you to give your Google password to this site.

Before submitting ads, check the target account, materials, landing page, budget, bids, targeting, and whether to deploy automatically after review approval. Real publishing, pausing, or resuming sends requests to Google Ads and may change ad delivery and incur advertising costs.

Whether an ad is approved, when it is delivered, and the actual cost are determined by Google Ads processing and billing. Deployment records or budget amounts on this site should not be treated as evidence of Google's actual charges, and we do not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or revenue.

Materials and Data Use

The materials and other business data you upload remain owned by you or the relevant rights holders; uploading or using them through the service does not transfer those rights to us. We process this data under the Privacy Policy to provide the service you request and for necessary security maintenance and problem handling.

Before submitting files, text, or video links, make sure you have the right to use the content and comply with applicable laws and ad platform rules. Do not upload unrelated identity documents, passwords, keys, or customer personal data you are not authorized to use.

Uploaded materials are first stored in the storage service used by this platform. Saving a draft, in-site configuration validation, and submitting for review do not upload videos to Google; only after review approval through the operations console, and when you execute an ad publishing task you have authorized, are the required materials and configuration passed to Google Ads and the video uploaded to Google's video service as needed.

Publishing tasks can run automatically after operations review approval or be executed manually by operations staff, as you choose; both methods require review approval first. We do not use materials for public display or sharing unrelated to the above services. Video upload and link visibility are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Referenced materials cannot currently be deleted directly from a page; requests to delete personal information can be made through the support email. Deleting a material record on this site is not the same as erasing stored files, materials Google has already received, logs, or backups; how data is stored and shared, and how requests are handled, is described in the 2alignads Privacy Policy.

When a video needs to be uploaded, the service uses YouTube API Services to upload the video file to Google's video service and stores it as "unlisted" (UNLISTED) by default; people with the link may still view it, which is not the same as a private video. By using the service to upload or reference YouTube videos, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke 2alignads's Google access in your Google Account's third-party connections; how authorized Google data is accessed and used is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting and Stopping Use

After you disconnect a Google Ads connection, later tasks cannot use that connection; tasks already started may continue to send requests or finish processing. This action does not automatically pause ads already running on Google, nor does it automatically revoke Google authorization or delete stored data. To stop delivery, also check the ad status in Google Ads.

You can revoke 2alignads's access in your Google Account's third-party connections. This site currently has no automatic account-closure or one-click deletion entry; to delete authorization tokens or associated data stored on this site, or to request account closure, contact support@2alignllc.com and the support team will handle it manually; the differences between logout, disconnection, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Problem Reports and Terms Updates

When reporting a problem, provide the relevant page, the time it occurred, and a description of the issue, and do not send passwords or access credentials. We will confirm the scope of handling with you based on the specific feature and problem.

When the service scope, authorization method, or data handling method changes, we will update the relevant description and date; features that require new authorization should complete the corresponding notice and authorization first. These Terms do not replace your agreement with Google or other service providers.
